Common use of Floor Loads Clause in Contracts

Floor Loads. Tenant agrees not to place a load on any floor in the interior delivery system, if any, or in the Premises exceeding the floor load per square foot which such floor was designated to carry. Additionally, Tenant agrees not to install, operate or maintain therein any heavy item of equipment except in such manner as to achieve a proper distribution of the weight.
