Floor Loads. Tenant shall not place a load upon any floor of the Premises exceeding the floor load per square foot area which it was designed to carry and which is allowed by law. Any equipment or property of any nature placed or installed by Tenant in the Premises shall be placed and maintained in settings sufficient to absorb and prevent vibration, noise and annoyance.
