FLOOR PENETRATIONS. With notice from tenants to the landlord, the design of the building may be modified to accommodate penetrations of the floor structure and removal of portions of the floor structure to allow for the installation of such improvements as communicating stairways, tenant specific shafts and vertical sleeves for electrical and data/voice risers.
