For Carrier Sample Clauses

The 'For Carrier' clause designates specific rights, responsibilities, or obligations that apply to the carrier within a contract, typically in the context of transportation or logistics agreements. This clause may outline the carrier's duties regarding the handling, delivery, and care of goods, as well as any liabilities or limitations associated with their services. By clearly defining the carrier's role, the clause helps allocate risk and ensures both parties understand the carrier's obligations, reducing the potential for disputes.
