For Global Notes only. [On any redemption, purchase, exchange or cancellation of any of the Notes represented by this Global Note, details of such redemption, purchase, exchange or cancellation shall be entered by the Note Registrar in the Schedule of Exchanges in Global Note attached hereto recording any such redemption, purchase, exchange or cancellation.
