For One-Year Projects. 5.1.1 a first payment representing half (50%) of Canada’s financial contribution for the fiscal year in question shall be made following approval of the project by Canada and the environmental assessment, if applicable, or the document indicating that an environmental assessment is not required; 5.1.2 a second payment representing thirty percent (30%) of Canada’s financial contribution for the fiscal year in question shall be made following the production of an interim financial statement for the fiscal year in question and, if necessary, an update on the project; 5.1.3 the third and final payment, not exceeding the balance of Canada’s financial contribution, shall be made following the production of: 5.1.3.1 a final activity report for the fiscal year in question; 5.1.3.2 a final financial statement for the fiscal year in question; and 5.1.3.3 where applicable, confirmation of environmental mitigation measures.

  • Multi-year Planning Targets Schedule A may reflect an allocation for the first Funding Year of this Agreement as well as planning targets for up to two additional years, consistent with the term of this Agreement. In such an event, the HSP acknowledges that if it is provided with planning targets, these targets: a. are targets only, b. are provided solely for the purposes of planning, c. are subject to confirmation, and d. may be changed at the discretion of the Funder in consultation with the HSP. The HSP will proactively manage the risks associated with multi-year planning and the potential changes to the planning targets; and the Funder agrees that it will communicate any changes to the planning targets as soon as reasonably possible.

  • Altona Area Allowance As of 1 March 2024 an Employee within a 8 km radius from the intersection of Kororoit Creek Road and Millers Road, Altona shall, when employed on chemical or petrochemical plants or on commercial or industrial construction jobs within 1 km of the nearest part of the perimeter of such plants or within the perimeter of storage tank farms, be paid an all- purpose allowance of $1.55 per hour extra. This allowance will be adjusted annually in accordance with CPI (All Groups, Melbourne) movements measured in the twelve month period ending the previous December quarter effective as of 1 March 2025 rounded to the nearest 5 cents.

  • Performance Improvement Plan timely and accurate completion of key actions due within the reporting period 100 percent The Supplier will design and develop an improvement plan and agree milestones and deliverables with the Authority 3.2 The Authority may from time to time make changes to the KPIs measured as set out in paragraph 3.1 above and shall issue a replacement version to the Supplier. The Authority shall give notice In Writing of any such change to the KPIs measured and shall specify the date from which the replacement KPIs must be used for future reports. Such date shall be at least thirty (30) calendar days following the date of the notice to the Supplier.

  • Modified Work/Return to Work Programs The Employer and the Union recognize the purpose of modified work/return to work programs, is to provide fair and consistent practices for accommodating nurses who have been ill, injured or permanently disabled, to enable their safe return to work. The parties undertake to provide safe and meaningful employment for all nurses based on the following objectives and principles:

  • Annual Work Plans and Budgets The Recipient shall furnish to the Association as soon as available, but in any case not later than September 1 of each year, the annual work plan and budget for the Project for each subsequent year of Project implementation, of such scope and detail as the Association shall have reasonably requested, except for the annual work plan and budget for the Project for the first year of Project implementation, which shall be furnished no later than one (1) month after the Effective Date.
