Common use of Forfeit of Seniority Clause in Contracts

Forfeit of Seniority. A pilot shall forfeit their seniority under any of the following conditions: 1. If they resigns from the Company; 2. If they are discharged for just cause; 3. If they fail to return from approved leave; 4. If they are laid off for more than eighteen (18) months; 5. If off work due to illness or accident for a period equal to twenty-four (24) months.
