Formatted Table Clause Samples
A Formatted Table clause specifies the use of a structured table format within a contract or agreement to present information clearly and systematically. This clause typically applies to sections where data such as pricing, deliverables, timelines, or responsibilities are best displayed in rows and columns for easy reference. By requiring information to be organized in a table, the clause enhances clarity, reduces ambiguity, and ensures that all parties can quickly locate and understand key details, thereby minimizing the risk of misunderstandings.
