Four (4) Hour Daily Minimum Sample Clauses

The Four (4) Hour Daily Minimum clause establishes that a minimum of four hours of work or service will be billed or compensated for each day, regardless of whether the actual time worked is less. For example, if a contractor or employee is called in for a short task that only takes two hours, they are still entitled to payment for four hours. This clause ensures a guaranteed minimum income for workers and provides predictability in scheduling, while also discouraging employers from requesting very short shifts that may not be worth the worker's time.
