It is necessary to "coordinate" the frequencies to be used on the paths to be activated with other potentially interfering frequencies used either by ART or by third parties, and engineer the path layouts, in order to optimize path performance. ART's Engineering Department shall be responsible for all Spectrum Services. In addition, ART shall maintain, or cause to be maintained, databases and systems to support coordination with other 38 GHz service providers. Frequency coordination information and engineering databases shall remain the property of ART and shall be considered Confidential Information by Purchaser and subject to the provisions of Section 16.
Frequency Coordination. NOAA will take responsibility for ITU frequency filing (via NTIA) for the F-7/C-2 mission, including all frequencies used for TT&C and scientific payloads. NOAA will provide technical services to complete all necessary frequency coordination prior to launch in order to comply withthe ITU Radio Regulation and continue the best effort to ensure that no unexpected interference situation arises (both to and from Spacecraft) during the period of F-7/C-2 spacecraft network operation.
Frequency Coordination. Entel will order frequency coordination. ---------------------- If required, Entel will prepare the required FCC license applications for incumbent's signature and submit such applications to the FCC.
Frequency Coordination. The process of obtaining the recommendation of a fre- quency coordinator for a frequency(ies) that will most effectively meet the ap- plicant’s needs while minimizing inter- ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to licensees already operating within a given frequency band.
Frequency Coordination. The Licensee shall comply with all frequency coordination requirements as may be specified in the Regulatory Framework in effect at the time. In particular, the Licensee shall be responsible for the following:
a) using all possible technical means to avoid overspill of radio frequencies across the border of the UAE;
b) coordination through the TRA with operators and administrations of neighboring state;
c) coordination with Other Licensed Operators as required by the TRA to avoid harmful interference; and
d) assurance that radio frequencies used in radio services which establish connectivity across the borders are in compliance with the Regulatory Framework in effect at the time and International Telecommunications Union (ITU) procedures.
14.4.1 The Licensee shall inform the TRA of any harmful interference caused by any Other Licensed Operator, operators from other countries or any other interferences of which the Licensee is aware. To facilitate the identification of the source of interference and its subsequent resolution, the Licensee shall inform the TRA of all technical details in accordance with the Regulatory Framework in effect at the time.
14.4.2 The Licensee shall ensure that the radio communications equipment comprised in any of its radio communications stations is designed and constructed, used and maintained, so as not to cause any harmful interference to Other Licensed Operators or operators in other countries, even when in compliance with the rules established by the TRA. If the TRA receives any interference reports, the Licensee shall provide all technical information required to resolve such cases.
