Frontage Roads Clause Samples

The 'Frontage Roads' clause defines the rights and responsibilities related to roads that run parallel to a main road, typically providing access to properties adjacent to highways or major thoroughfares. This clause may specify who is responsible for the construction, maintenance, or improvement of such roads, and can outline access rights for property owners or developers. Its core practical function is to ensure clear allocation of duties and access regarding frontage roads, thereby preventing disputes over road use, maintenance, and property accessibility.
