FULL AND COMPLETE PERFORMANCE Clause Samples

The FULL AND COMPLETE PERFORMANCE clause establishes that all obligations and duties outlined in the contract must be fully satisfied by the parties involved. In practice, this means that each party is required to deliver all goods, services, or actions as specified, without omission or partial fulfillment. For example, a contractor must finish all aspects of a project as described in the agreement, not just a portion. This clause ensures that the contract is only considered fulfilled when every requirement has been met, thereby preventing disputes over incomplete or inadequate performance.
