Common use of Full Service Clause in Contracts

Full Service. Unless otherwise agreed to in the addendum for a specific study, should any study be cancelled or postponed, CRI agrees to compensate FieldSource for: (i) two-thirds of the contract price for all Services where FieldSource has programmed the survey and placed it into the field, or the reasonable value of all work performed by FieldSource through the effective date of such cancellation, whichever is greater, or (ii) where FieldSource has not programmed the survey and placed it into the field the reasonable value of all work performed by FieldSource through the effective date of cancellation.
