Common use of Full-time/Part-time Ratio Clause in Contracts

Full-time/Part-time Ratio. The Employer shall provide each Local Union with a semiannual report of the status of the full-time and part-time ratio of employees throughout the jurisdiction of this Agreement. Semiannual report shall include employee name, social security number, full-time or part-time status, store and local union number.
