Fully Complete. To undertake all of the Work necessary to fully construct and complete the Project and execute all tasks necessary to obtain the final certificate of occupancy for the Project from the District of Columbia; submit final lien releases from the Design-Builder and Subcontractors and material suppliers; complete all punch list items to the Department’s approval and sign-off; and cause all representations, warranties and guarantees to be honored and otherwise fulfill all of the requirements set forth in the Agreement.
Fully Complete. To undertake all of the Work necessary to fully construct and complete the Project and execute all tasks necessary to obtain the final certificate of occupancy for the Project from the District of Columbia; submit final lien releases from the Construction Manager and Subcontractors and material suppliers; complete all punch list items to the Department’s approval and sign-off; and cause all representations, warranties and guarantees to be honored and otherwise fulfill all of the requirements set forth in the Agreement. The maximum amount, including, but not limited to, the Construction Management Fee and the Cost of the Work, that will be paid the Construction Manager to Fully Complete the Project as set forth in Article 5. The Guaranteed Maximum Price (“GMP”) may be modified only by Change Order or Change Directive in accordance with the Agreement. The GMP shall be established in the GMP Amendment.

  • Ready for Occupancy For purposes of Section 1.3.2 of this Agreement, the Premises shall be deemed “Ready for Occupancy” upon the substantial completion of the Tenant Improvement Work. Subject to Section 4.2 below, the Tenant Improvement Work shall be deemed to be “substantially complete” upon the completion of the Tenant Improvement Work pursuant to the Approved Construction Drawings (as reasonably determined by Landlord), with the exception of any details of construction, mechanical adjustment or any other similar matter the non-completion of which does not materially interfere with Tenant’s use of the Premises.

  • Substantial Completion 9.8.1 When the Contractor considers that the Work, or a designated portion thereof which has been accepted in writing to by the State, is substantially complete as defined in Subparagraph

  • Final Completion The full and final completion of all Work in accordance with the Contract Documents.

  • Value of Completed Work If the Engineer defaults in the performance of this contract or if the State terminates this contract for fault on the part of the Engineer, the State will give consideration to the following when calculating the value of the completed work: (1) the actual costs incurred (not to exceed the rates set forth in Attachment E, Fee Schedule) by the Engineer in performing the work to the date of default; (2) the amount of work required which was satisfactorily completed to date of default; (3) the value of the work which is usable to the State; (4) the cost to the State of employing another firm to complete the required work; (5) the time required to employ another firm to complete the work; and (6) other factors which affect the value to the State of the work performed.

  • Substantial Completion Date Substantial Completion of the Work as defined in Article 6.1.2 of the General Conditions to the Continuing Contract for Construction Management shall be achieved by July 31, 2022.
