Functions of the Committee. (i) To increase understanding of the Employer’s objectives and plans and to promote a more co-operative approach to resolving problems within the site. (ii) To identify problems and work co-operatively to develop solutions in all areas of the site. (iii) To promote improved industrial relations through consultation and discussion with a view to minimising unnecessary lost time through industrial disputation.
