Common use of Future Deliverables Clause in Contracts

Future Deliverables. From time to time after the Closing Date, the Vendor shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser such instruments of sale, transfer, conveyance, assignment and delivery, consents, assurances, powers of attorney and other instruments as may be reasonably requested by counsel for the Purchaser, in addition to those the delivery of which are required at the Closing, in order to vest in the Purchaser all right, title and interest of the Vendor in and to the Properties and otherwise in order to carry out the purpose and intent of this Agreement.
