Future Modification. ‌ In the event funding is provided from a legislatively authorized funding source that has been mutually bargained, including for funds other than a legislative appropriation, the parties agree to reopen this section to determine the distribution of the salary increase. Future Modification. If Lessee desires to modify or replace any of the Lessee’s Antennas or RRUs with new or like kind, it shall seek the prior approval of County, not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, prior to said replacement which may be subject to further structural analysis and approval of plans by the County, and pay a transaction charge to County for its review of the same which charge shall be reasonable, and if the weight or length of said replacement antennas are different than the existing, County shall have the right to adjust the Rent payable hereunder, as a condition of its approval. Lessee shall obtain all required permits required by applicable permitting authorities and provide a copy to County prior to installation of replacement or new antennas.

Related to Future Modification

  • Waiver; Modification Failure to insist upon strict compliance with any of the terms, covenants, or conditions hereof shall not be deemed a waiver of such term, covenant, or condition, nor shall any waiver or relinquishment of, or failure to insist upon strict compliance with, any right or power hereunder at any one or more times be deemed a waiver or relinquishment of such right or power at any other time or times. This Agreement shall not be modified in any respect except by a writing executed by each party hereto.

  • Waiver, Modification, Etc No provision or term of this Amendment may be modified, altered, waived, discharged or terminated orally, but only by an instrument in writing executed by the party against whom such modification, alteration, waiver, discharge or termination is sought to be enforced.

  • Cost Modifications The parties may agree to a reduction in the cost of the Contract at any time during which the Contract is in effect. Without intending to impose a limitation on the nature of the reduction, the reduction may be to hourly, staffing or unit costs, the total cost of the Contract or the reduction may take such other form as the State deems to be necessary or appropriate.
