Garbage and Debris. Tenant shall be responsible for the provision of trash removal services for the Premises at Tenant’s sole cost and expense and agrees to deposit trash, garbage and debris in appropriate containers for collection.
Garbage and Debris. The City shall, at its sole cost and expense, and on a timely basis to ensure a clean and attractive Plaza, collect and dispose of any and all debris located within the Plaza or in the area immediately surrounding the Plaza if it seems likely that the debris came from the Plaza.
Garbage and Debris. ✓ Garbage and debris including cups, plates, napkins, cans, bottles on tables, countertops, and other areas throughout the facility must be removed and disposed of properly before leaving the premises. ✓ Only garbage bags and dishtowels will be furnished by the Center. Any other accessories will be furnished by the Renter. ✓ All garbage and debris will be removed from the building by the Renter as needed during and at the close of the function before leaving the premises. ✓ All garbage bags must be tied and placed in the dumpster provided outside the facility ✓ The Renter is responsible for clean-up of decorations. All debris is to be removed by the Renter.
Garbage and Debris. No garbage, refuse or other debris shall be thrown, placed or discharged into the LPMM basin.
Garbage and Debris. The Supplier shall be responsible for the removal of his own garbage at the end of each and every day. The Supplier must use garbage bags in the bins at all times. The Supplier shall also maintain the designated area and lockstone and lawn area in the area fronting the Concession Assets (i.e. the area of the service window) and all other areas immediately adjacent to the Concession Assets in a clean and sanitary condition, free from grease, papers, rubbish and debris, to the satisfaction of the Municipality. The Supplier shall perform periodic clean up of this area specifically to pick up litter and debris, not limited to packaging supplied by the Supplier.

  • Occupational First Aid Requirements and Courses (a) The Union and the Employer agree that First Aid Regulations, made pursuant to the Workers' Compensation Act shall be fully complied with. (b) Where the Employer requires an employee to perform first aid duties in addition to the normal requirements of the job, the cost of obtaining and renewing the Occupational First Aid Certificate shall be borne by the Employer and leave to take the necessary courses shall be granted with pay. (c) Employees required to possess an Occupational First Aid Certificate and who are designated to act as the First Aid Attendants in addition to their normal job responsibilities shall receive the following allowance on the basis of the Level of certificate which they hold. Level 3 Occupational First Aid Certificate - $51.00 per biweekly period or $110.50 per month Level 2 Occupational First Aid Certificate - $39.00 per biweekly period or $84.50 per month The allowance shall be prorated for partial months. For the purpose of calculating the hourly rate, the biweekly allowance shall be divided by seventy (70); however, no employee shall receive more than the monthly allowance for the Level of certificate they hold. Employees designated to act as the Occupational First Aid Attendant in addition to their normal job duties will receive their full monthly allowance while on approved leave with pay up to ten (10) days or while on vacation leave with pay. Where the Employer has an additional requirement for a First Aid Attendant on a temporary basis, then provided the employee acts as the First Aid Attendant for a minimum of ten (10) workdays in any month, he/she shall receive the full monthly allowance. (1) In order to meet the requirements of (a) above, the Employer will designate in order of seniority from among those regular employees holding an appropriate Occupational First Aid Certificate to act as the First Aid Attendant in addition to the normal requirements of the job. (2) Where no employee within the work unit possesses an Occupational First Aid Certificate, the opportunity to obtain a Certificate will be offered to regular employees within the work unit in order of service seniority, provided the employee can meet the requirements of the WCB regulations to undertake the training in order to obtain an Occupational First Aid Certificate. (3) In the event that the procedures outlined above do not meet the requirements of (a), the Union will assist the Employer to meet their obligations by approaching regular employees in the work unit on behalf of the Employer. (4) Where the requirements of (a) above cannot be met, within a reasonable period of time through utilization of (d)(1),(2) and (3), the Employer may: (i) recall a qualified casual employee in order of seniority from those holding the appropriate Occupational First Aid Certificate, and/or (ii) include an Occupational First Aid Certificate as a desirable qualification on a posting pursuant to Clause 12.2(b). (5) Failing (4) above, the Employer may require the most senior regular employee within the work unit who can meet the requirements of the WCB regulations to undertake Occupational First Aid training in order to obtain a Certificate.

  • Damage and Destruction If all or any part of the Premises shall be damaged or destroyed by fire or other casualty, this Lease shall continue in full force and effect, unless terminated as hereinafter provided, and Landlord shall repair, restore or rebuild the Premises to the condition existing at the time of the occurrence of the loss; provided, however, Landlord shall not be obligated to commence such repair, restoration or rebuilding until insurance proceeds are received by Landlord, and Landlord’s obligation hereunder shall be limited to the proceeds actually received by Landlord under any insurance policy or policies, if any, less those amounts (i) which have been required to be applied towards the reduction of any indebtedness secured by a mortgage covering the Premises or any portion thereof, and (ii) which are used to reimburse Landlord for all costs and expenses, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees, incurred by Landlord to recover any such insurance proceeds. Tenant agrees to notify Landlord in writing not less than thirty (30) days prior, to the date Tenant opens for business in the Premises of the actual cost of all permanent leasehold improvements and betterments installed or to be installed by Tenant in the Premises (whether same have been paid for entirely or partially by Tenant), but exclusive of Tenant’s personal property, movable trade fixtures and inventory. Similar notifications shall be given to Landlord not less than thirty (30) days prior to the commencement of any proposed alterations, additions or improvements to the Premises. If Tenant fails to comply, with the foregoing provisions, any loss or damage Landlord shall sustain by reason thereof shall be borne by Tenant and shall be paid immediately by Tenant upon receipt of a ▇▇▇▇ therefore and evidence of such loss, and in addition to any other rights or remedies reserved by Landlord under this Lease, Landlord’s obligations under this Article to repair, replace and/or rebuild the Premises shall be deemed inapplicable, and in lieu thereof, Landlord may, at its election, either restore or require Tenant to restore the Premises to the condition which existed prior to such loss, and in either case Tenant shall pay the cost of such restoration. Tenant covenants and agrees to repair or replace Tenant’s fixtures, furniture, furnishings, floor coverings, equipment and stock in trade and reopen for business in the Premises within thirty (30) days after notice from Landlord that the Premises are ready for re-occupancy. No damage or destruction to the Premises shall allow Tenant to surrender possession of the Premises nor affect Tenant’s liability for the payment of rents or charges or any other covenant herein contained, except as may be specifically provided in this Lease. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Section or elsewhere in this Lease, Landlord, at its option, may terminate this Lease by giving Tenant notice thereof within one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date of the casualty if: (a) The Premises or the building in which the Premises are located shall be damaged or destroyed as a result of an occurrence which is not covered by Landlord’s insurance; or (b) The Premises shall be damaged or destroyed during the last two (2) years of the Term or any renewals thereof; or (c) The Premises are damaged or destroyed to the extent of twenty five-percent (25%) or more of the replacement cost thereof, in which event Landlord will have the option of terminating this Lease or any renewal thereof by serving written notice upon Tenant and any prepaid Rent or Additional Rent will be prorated as of the date of destruction and the unearned portion of such Rent will be refunded to Tenant without interest. If the Premises shall be damaged or destroyed and in the event that Landlord has elected to continue this Lease, Landlord and Tenant shall commence their respective obligations under this Article as soon as is reasonably possible and prosecute the same to completion with all due diligence. Except where the damage or destruction results from the wrongful or negligent act or omission of Tenant, the Minimum Rent shall be abated proportionately with the degree to which Tenant’s use of the Premises is impaired during the period of any damage, repair or restoration provided for in this Article; provided further, that in the event Landlord elects to repair any damages as herein contemplated, any abatement of Minimum Rent shall end ten (10) days after notice by Landlord to Tenant that the Premises have been repaired. Tenant shall continue the operation of its business on the Premises during any such period to the extent reasonably practicable from the standpoint of prudent business management, and any obligation of Tenant under the Lease to apply charges reserved as Additional Rent shall remain in full force and nothing in the Section shall be construed to ▇▇▇▇▇ Additional Rent. Except for the abatement of Minimum Rent hereinabove provided, Tenant shall not be entitled to any compensation or damage for loss in the use of the whole or any part of the Premises and/or any inconvenience or annoyance occasioned by any damage, destruction, repair or restoration. If Minimum Rent is abated there shall be all corresponding and appropriate reduction made to the Minimum Annual Volume. Unless this Lease is terminated by Landlord, Tenant shall repair, restore and re-fixture all parts of the Premises not insured under any insurance policies insuring Landlord in a manner and to a condition equal to that existing prior to its destruction or damage, including, without limitation, all exterior signs, trade fixtures, equipment, display cases, furniture, furnishings and other installations of personality of Tenant. The proceeds of all insurance carried by Tenant on its property and improvements shall be held in trust by Tenant for the purpose of said repair and replacement. Tenant shall give to Landlord prompt written notice of, any damage to or destruction of any portion of the Premises resulting from fire or other casualty.

  • LICENCE RESTRICTIONS You agree that you will: • not rent, lease, sub-license, loan, provide, or otherwise make available, the App or the Services in any form, in whole or in part to any person without prior written consent from us; • not copy the App, Documentation or Services, except as part of the normal use of the App or where it is necessary for the purpose of back-up or operational security; • not translate, merge, adapt, vary, alter or modify, the whole or any part of the App, Documentation or Services nor permit the App or the Services or any part of them to be combined with, or become incorporated in, any other programs, except as necessary to use the App and the Services on devices as permitted in these terms; • not disassemble, de-compile, reverse engineer or create derivative works based on the whole or any part of the App or the Services nor attempt to do any such things, except to the extent that (by virtue of sections 50B and 296A of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988) such actions cannot be prohibited because they are necessary to decompile the App to obtain the information necessary to create an independent program that can be operated with the App or with another program (Permitted Objective), and provided that the information obtained by you during such activities: •is not disclosed or communicated without the Licensor’s prior written consent to any third party to whom it is not necessary to disclose or communicate it in order to achieve the Permitted Objective; and •is not used to create any software that is substantially similar in its expression to the App; •is kept secure; and •is used only for the Permitted Objective; • comply with all applicable technology control or export laws and regulations that apply to the technology used or supported by the App or any Service.

  • COVERAGE AND DEFINITIONS THIS AGREEMENT shall apply to and cover the construction, installation, treating, reconditioning, taking-up, re-bevelling, re-laying, relocating, stockpiling, double- jointing or testing of all distribution pipelines or any segments thereof, including marine pipelines, transporting gas, oil, vapours, liquids, slurries, solids, or other transportable materials and underground and marine cables and all work incidental thereto and an integral part thereof coming within the jurisdiction of the Union, contracted for or performed by the Employer within Canada as such work is more fully described below. By mutual agreement this contract may be extended to cover other territory.

  • Geographic Area and Sector Specific Allowances, Conditions and Exceptions The following allowances and conditions shall apply where relevant. Where the Employer does work which falls under the following headings, the Employer agrees to pay and observe the relevant respective conditions and/or exceptions set out below in each case.
