Garbage Receptacles Clause Samples

The Garbage Receptacles clause establishes requirements for the provision, placement, and maintenance of containers for waste disposal on a property or premises. Typically, it specifies who is responsible for supplying garbage bins, where they should be located, and how often they must be emptied or cleaned. This clause ensures that waste is managed in an orderly and sanitary manner, helping to maintain cleanliness and prevent health or safety issues related to improper garbage disposal.
Garbage Receptacles. With respect to litter, garbage and debris removal, Concessionaire shall provide, at its sole expense, a sufficient number of trash receptacles for its own use and for the use of its patrons. Determination of the "number" of receptacles shall at all times be within the City Manager or or City Manager’s designee’s sole discretion. Disposal of the contents of said receptacles (and removal of litter, garbage and debris within the Concession Area), shall be done on a daily (i.e. 365 days) basis. Any costs for removal of the contents of said trash receptacles by the City, because of the Concessionaire's failure to do so, will be assessed to, and become the responsibility of, the Concessionaire. The dumping or disposal of any refuse, discards, trash or garbage, generated by, or as a result of Concessionaire’s operations, into any of the City’s trash dumpster shall be prohibited. Concessionaire shall clean and maintain the portion of the cutwalk-between the ▇▇▇▇▇ & Wollensky Restaurant building and the Concession Area, which shall include, without limitation, daily cleaning, litter control, and pressure cleaning (as per the minimum specifications provided by the City in Exhibit 10.2 hereto). In addition to the Concessionaire's general maintenance obligations for the Concession Area, the Concessionaire shall maintain, at all times, the immediately surrounding twenty-five (25) foot adjacent areas, in a clean and sanitary manner, and in a manner consistent with the maintenance standards set forth for the cutwalk and her adjacent park areas. Additionally, if Concessionaire fails to maintain or make any repairs, restoration and/or replacement within the Concession Area, Concessionaire shall be subject to the fine schedule set forth in Exhibit “G” of the Lease Agreement.
Garbage Receptacles. Recycling Plan; outdoor ashtrays; and Fenced Storage Area. With respect to litter, garbage, and debris removal caused by the Concessionaire's operations, the Concessionaire shall provide, at its sole cost and expense, receptacles within the confines of the Concession Areas, and shall provide a sufficient number of these receptacles for its own use and for the use of its patrons and the public in general. The Concessionaire shall provide the City Manager or his /her designee with a recycling plan for litter, garbage, and debris collected within the Concession Areas; such plan to be submitted to the City Manager or his /her designee within the first Agreement year. Concessionaire shall provide ashtrays for use by the Concessionaire's patrons; this requirement is in addition to the Concessionaire's obligation to implement and maintain the Public Beachfront Outdoor Ashtray Program contemplated in Subsection 3.9.
Garbage Receptacles. MHA shall provide and maintain appropriate receptacles and facilities for the exclusive use of Tenant’s household, for the deposit of garbage and other refuse by ▇▇▇▇▇▇. If the Tenant wishes an additional garbage receptacle, Tenant will be charged a maintenance charge equal to any amount payable by MHA for the extra service.
Garbage Receptacles. The LESSEE shall provide itself, at its own expense and cost, with receptacles which the Municipal Ordinances and the ▇▇▇▇▇ Commercial Estate Association or its successors may require to hold and contain waste matter, garbage and refuse and shall deposit them within the Leased Premises or at such places as may be designated by LESSOR. The garbage fees assessable against the Building shall be paid by the LESSEES in proportionate share.

  • Trash Tenant shall not allow anything to be placed on the outside of the Building, nor shall anything be thrown by Tenant out of the windows or doors, or down the corridors or ventilating ducts or shafts, of the Building. All trash and refuse shall be placed in receptacles provided by Landlord for the Building or by Tenant for the Premises.

  • Containers An extra charge will be made for returnable containers and special shipping devices (such as oil barrels, reels, tarpaulins, commutator clamps, etc.) where they are consigned to the Purchaser, but refund will be made if returned in good condition to the factory, or other points designated by EXION, within ninety (90) days from the date of original shipment, charges prepaid.
