Trash Receptacles. All trash receptacles shall be inspected by Contractor seven (7) days a week for damage. All damages are to be reported to the Park Services Manager immediately upon discovery.
Trash Receptacles. Permittee shall install and use fully covered trash receptacles with secure lids (wildlife proof) that contain all food, food scraps, food wrappers, beverage, and other miscellaneous trash generated by work force personnel.

Trash Receptacles. Event Coordinator shall be required to provide trash and recycling receptacles for use by the general public at the Event. Event Coordinator shall be required to provide trash receptacles of appropriate size, and in appropriate numbers, to handle all trash generated by an event of the type of the Event. Trash receptacles shall be dumped throughout the Event as often as is necessary to maintain their utility.

Trash Receptacles. IPTC shall provide trash receptacles at each of the BRT Stations. In addition, IPTC acknowledges that increased pedestrian activity near the BRT Stations on each of the BRTs could result in increased litter in those areas. Therefore, IPTC agrees to provide and install trash receptacles on street corners near BRT Stations as requested by the City, through DPW, in its sole discretion. IPTC shall be responsible for emptying the trash receptacles both at the BRT Stations and at the additional locations where they are installed at the request of the City preferably on a daily basis, but at minimum with sufficient frequency to prevent receptacles from overflowing with trash, and for disposing of the trash so collected in accordance with the City’s codes, ordinances, rules and standards for solid waste disposal. In those areas where there is not sufficient space in the public right-of-way to place additional trash receptacles, DPW shall assist IPTC in obtaining an easement or other right to utilize other property for the placement of the receptacle. In the event that no such easement can be reasonably acquired, then IPTC agrees to pick up litter in the vicinity of the affected BRT Station on a regular basis in conjunction with its normal BRT Station maintenance activities.
Trash Receptacles. To provide and maintain appropriate receptacles and facilities (except container for the exclusive use of an individual tenant family) for the deposit of garbage, rubbish, and other waste removed from the premises by Tenant as required by this Lease.
