General Capabilities. MCMIS reporting capabilities shall include the capabilities to access relatively small amounts of data very quickly as well as to generate comprehensive reports using multiple years of historical claims and encounter data. The Contractor shall provide a management and administrative reporting system that allows full access to all of the information utilized in the MCMIS. The Contractor shall provide a solution that makes all data contained in any subcontractor’s MIS available to authorized users through the use of the various software that provides the capabilities detailed in the following Articles.
General Capabilities. Pickup Trucks. Must be able to safely and securely carry a NATO standard pallet (Dimensions 1.00-meter x 1.00 meter) with a maximum weight of 1000kgs. These vehicles must provide the capability to securely cover the load bed with a tarpaulin or equivalent that can be attached to the vehicle body. Pickups should also have a maximum authorised mass not exceeding 3500 kilograms to eliminate the requirement for DVLA driving category C1 licences and must be able to seat at least 4 large1 persons but no more than 7 large personnel. This type of vehicle must have achieved an overall NCAP safety rating of 5 stars.
General Capabilities. Large Panel Van. Personnel are required to transfer bulk stock, equipment, and supplies from collection points to locations both on and off Al Udeid Air Base. Example loads are mail, unit stores, passenger bags and bulk freight etc. The panel van should have a load capacity of at least 750kgs and be lockable. The panel van dimensions should be comparable to a Ford Transit van. On occasion the panel van will be required to travel off base in support of passenger moves to the civil airhead, therefore it is required to have achieved an overall NCAP safety rating 5.
General Capabilities. Car. Must be able to transport 4 large2 passengers and 4 small bags 46-51cm. The vehicle should have a minimum of 4 doors. Safety is paramount and therefore the car is required to have NCAP safety rating 5.

The rear seats must be removable and/or collapsible to allow additional freight capacity. If this is not possible, must be able to fold flat.   • OPERATIONAL CAPABILITY Contractor represents and warrants, as previously certified in Contractor’s Bidder’s Certification, that Contractor has the operational and financial capability to perform the Contract.

  • Financial Capability At the Closing, the Investor shall have available funds necessary to consummate the Closing on the terms and conditions contemplated by this Agreement.

  • Financial Capacity (a) Taking into account the Financing Commitment, such Purchaser has, and at the Closing will have, sufficient resources to pay, in cash any and all amounts necessary for it to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby at the Closing, including payment of its Pro Rata Share of the Seller Purchase Price and the Company Purchase Price, and in the case of Purchaser A only, the Additional Company Purchase Price and the Election Purchase Price (to the extent payable hereunder) and all the fees and expenses expressly required to be paid by such Purchaser hereunder without any restrictions to transfer such funds at Closing to the Seller and the Company, as and to the extent required to be paid pursuant to, and subject to the terms of, this Agreement. The Sponsor affiliated with such Purchaser has, and at the Closing will have, sufficient resources to meet its obligations under its Commitment Letter as they become due. (b) As of the date of this Agreement, such Purchaser has delivered to the Seller a true, correct and complete copy of the Commitment Letter provided by its affiliated Sponsor, dated as of the date hereof. Such Commitment Letter has not been amended or modified, and the respective commitments contained in such Commitment Letter have not been withdrawn, terminated or rescinded. Such Commitment Letter (i) is in full force and effect, (ii) constitutes the legal, valid and binding obligation of such Purchaser and the Sponsor party thereto, and (iii) is enforceable by the Seller and the Company against such Purchaser and the Sponsor party thereto, in accordance with its terms, subject to bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization and other Legal Requirements of general applicability relating to or affecting creditors’ rights and to general equity principles. There are no side letters or other Contracts related to the funding or investing, as applicable, of the applicable Financing Commitment other than such Commitment Letter. There are no conditions precedent to the consummation of such Financing Commitment other than those set forth in such Commitment Letter. As of the date of this Agreement, the Sponsor affiliated with such Purchaser is not subject to bankruptcy proceedings. (c) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, in no event shall this Section 4.4 be deemed breached (and no condition set forth in Section 6.3 shall be deemed to have failed as a result of any actual or alleged breach of this Section 4.4), if (notwithstanding any actual or alleged breach), such Purchaser is willing and able to consummate its obligations at the Closing if and when it is otherwise required to do so under the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Legal Capacity All parties to the Mortgage Note and the Mortgage had legal capacity to enter into the Mortgage Loan and to execute and deliver the Mortgage Note and the Mortgage, and the Mortgage Note and the Mortgage have been duly and properly executed by such parties. The Mortgagor is a natural person;

  • Capabilities A. The Parties agree that the DRE must possess the legal, technical, and financial capacity to: (1) Accept and expend non-federal funds consistent with Section 4.2.4; (2) Accept transfer of the FERC license and title for the Facilities from PacifiCorp; (3) Seek and obtain necessary permits and other authorizations to implement Facilities Removal; (4) Enter into appropriate contracts and grant agreements for effectuating Facilities Removal; (5) Perform, directly or by oversight, Facilities Removal; (6) Prevent, mitigate, and respond to damages the DRE or any of its contractors, subcontractors, or assigns cause during the course of Facilities Removal, and, consistent with Applicable Law, respond to and defend associated liability claims against the DRE or any of its contractors, subcontractors, or assigns, including costs thereof and any judgments or awards resulting therefrom; (7) Carry the required insurance and bonding set forth in Appendix L to respond to liability and damages claims associated with Facilities Removal against the DRE or any of its contractors, subcontractors, or assigns; (8) Meet the deadlines set forth in Exhibit 4; and (9) Perform such other tasks as are reasonable and necessary for Facilities Removal. B. Before the DRE and PacifiCorp file the joint application to transfer the license for the Facilities, the DRE will Timely demonstrate to the reasonable satisfaction of the States and PacifiCorp that it possesses the legal, technical, and financial capacity to accomplish the tasks in Sections 7.1.2.A(1) through (5), (8), and (9). PacifiCorp and the States will consult if the DRE fails to make the demonstration required in this subsection. C. Within six months of the DRE’s execution of the Settlement, the DRE will include in an informational filing in the FERC license transfer proceeding proof that it possesses the legal, technical, and financial capacity to accomplish the tasks in Sections 7.1.2.A(6) and (7). This filing will include documentation that the DRE meets the requirements of Parts II, III, and IV of Appendix L and is capable of fulfilling its obligations under Section 7.1.3. The DRE will not provide the filing if either of the States or PacifiCorp objects to the filing after a reasonable opportunity to review before submission to FERC. The six-month deadline may be changed by agreement of the DRE, the States, and PacifiCorp. The Parties will Meet and Confer if the DRE fails to provide the informational filing to FERC.
