Common use of General Implementation Clause in Contracts

General Implementation. The parties hereto agree to cooperate to the fullest extent possible, and take all steps reasonably practicable, to achieve any appropriate modification of the postal service boundary, the NIPC and Illinois EPA Facilities Planning Area, the local access telephone service area code, and the Emergency 911 telephone service area, to conform to the boundary defined under this Agreement.
