General Project Administration. Project administration activities will be undertaken throughout the project duration and will consist of the following:
General Project Administration. The Consultant shall: a. Develop, implement and maintain the most up to date project management information systems used in the industry. b. Develop, implement and maintain a computerized document control system. c. Develop implement and maintain an effective management reporting system. d. Attend project kickoff and progress meetings. e. Financial Management: Assist the County in the development of effective financial controls, including evaluations of budget, systems for projecting cash flow, tracking actual and estimated costs, and regular financial reports and monitoring.
General Project Administration. Engineer will perform general project coordination and management activities, including general administrative activities for this authorization, as well as specific coordination activities with the team members, including the City’s staff and other representatives and other key team members. Engineer will prepare and submit to the City invoices for this assignment. The invoice will include percent complete for each task to advise and highlight the overall progress of the permitting, design, construction, and post construction services tasks, as well as identify items completed, on-going and pending activities.
General Project Administration. Grantee shall perform or have performed Project planning, design, contract preparation, and financial administration, including, without limitation, obtaining all required permitting, conducting environmental assessments and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Commission on Cultural Affairs (CCA), Nevada Division of Environmental Protection (NDEP and EPA), review processes, preparing all construction bid documents, advertising and bid award, pre-construction and post construction mitigation and re-vegetation, monitoring and maintenance of the Project site.
General Project Administration. The project administration activities are based on a 9-month contract period following Notice to Proceed by the County. The activities that will be undertaken include the following:
General Project Administration.  Set-up project, prepare sub-contracts, and develop hard/electronic files.  Conduct an internal kick-off meeting and ongoing team meetings with project staff and sub-consultants, as necessary.  Conduct an external project kick-off meeting with staff from SWFWMD and COUNTY. The purpose of the meeting is to provide a general overview and to clarify evaluation and design issues and requirements acceptable for permit applications.  Prepare and submit a monthly summary status report listing the work activities completed during that month and proposed activities for the following month. This report shall be submitted along with the invoices.  CONSULTANT will attend up to four (4) meetings with COUNTY staff to discuss progress and any project-related issues. Unless otherwise agreed upon, meetings will be held at the site or the Lake County Parks and Recreation office. D eliverables: Attend coordination meetings and prepare summary notes; submittal of accurate status reports and invoices.
