General rights of inspection and verification. 1. The Authority or its authorized representatives / Project Management Consultants shall have the right to inspect, survey and verify the facility, stocks, and accounts at its own discretion without any prior notice. The SPV should co-operate and provide the details called for. 2. The Authority may during the pendency of the Agreement itself or by appointment of Experts verify the performance obligations of the SPV as set out in the Agreement.
