Common use of General Service Pay Range Assignments Clause in Contracts

General Service Pay Range Assignments. The parties agree to “me too” the agreement reached at the State of Washington/OFM LRO and WFSE GG negotiations table if the across-the-board increase is a higher percentage. Effective July 1, 20232025, each classification represented by the Union will continue to be assigned to the same salary range of the General Service Salary Schedule as was assigned on June 30, 20232025. Effective July 1, 20232025, each employee will continue to be assigned to the same range and step of the General Service Salary Schedule that they were assigned on June 30, 20232025. Effective July 1, 20232025, Appendix L identifies classification specific salary adjustments and the salary range the classification is assigned. Effective July 1, 20232025, all salary ranges and steps of the General Service Salary Schedule will be increased by four three percent (43.0%), as shown in Appendix A. This salary increase is based on the General Service Salary Schedule in effect on June 30, 20232025. Effective July 1, 20242026, all ranges and steps of the General Service Salary Schedule will increase by three two percent (32.0%), as shown in Appendix B. This salary increase is based on the General Service Salary Schedule in effect on June 30, 20242026. Employees who are paid above the maximum step for their assigned range on the effective date of the increase describe in Subsections D and E above, will not receive an increase to their current pay unless the new salary range encompasses their current rate of pay. All employees earning a salary that is less than or equal to the state minimum wage will have their salaries adjusted each January in accordance with the state minimum wage act.
