General Survey Requirements Sample Clauses

The General Survey Requirements clause establishes the standards and procedures that must be followed when conducting surveys related to a project or property. It typically outlines the qualifications of surveyors, the types of surveys required (such as boundary or topographic surveys), and the format and accuracy standards for survey deliverables. By setting clear expectations for survey work, this clause ensures that all parties have reliable and consistent information, reducing the risk of disputes over property lines, site conditions, or project boundaries.
