General Terms and Condition. 1) The contractor should provide Photo identity card to his service personnel who should display it while on duty.
2) The contractor has to pay P.F., W.C.I., etc. Of the service personal engaged by him and submit documentary evidence without which the bill of the contractor will not be cleared. Contractor should not pay his employees less than minimum wages. Wages sheet with the signature of employees should be submitted along with bill.
3) The contractor’s service personal should have their own adequate tool kits and testing units.
4) The service personnel posted at BHEL – HPVP should work from 8.00 Hrs to 16.30 Hrs with a lunch break of 30 minutes from 12.30 Hrs to 13.00 Hrs. However, the service personnel are expected to work beyond this timing if required at no additional cost.
5) The contractor is not allowed to sub contract any part of the work assigned to him under the scope of this contract.
6) If the contractor fails to attend repair of system / peripheral in the time as stipulated in the contract, then it will be construed that the contractor has agreed to get the work done by other agencies at his risk and cost which will be deducted from his quarterly bill by BHEL-HPVP.
7) If the performance of the contractor is not up to the mark BHEL-HPVP reserves the right to terminate his contract.
8) The contractor should make-arrangements for transport, accommodation and food etc. for the employees deployed by him. The contract employees should not use the coupon meant for employees of BHEL-HPVP. In the event of detection of such misuse penal recovery from the bill of the contractor as deemed fit will be effected.
9) The service personnel posted at BHEL – HPVP should adhere covid compliances and wearing of mask, maintain social distance and usage of hand sanitizers, etc. TABLE OF CONTENTS

General Terms and Condition. Who may participate in RewardCash Programme
1. We may offer, vary, suspend or withdraw different benefits, schemes or arrangements under the RewardCash Programme. The availability or redemption of some benefits, schemes or arrangements may be governed by further terms and conditions specified by us from time to time. Such benefits, schemes or arrangements may include RewardCash e-Shop, RewardCash Certificate Scheme, Instant RewardCash Redemption at Merchants and Mileage Programme.
2. Only personal credit cards issued by us in Hong Kong and of the types specified by us from time to time are eligible for the RewardCash Programme. We have the right to specify and vary the types of credit cards that are eligible for the RewardCash Programme. We may exclude (a) any types of credit cards from the RewardCash Programme, or (b) any benefits, schemes or arrangements under the RewardCash Programme. Unless we specify otherwise, eligible credit cards include Visa, MasterCard and UnionPay credit cards. Eligible credit cards may be primary cards or additional cards and may be denominated in Hong Kong dollar, Renminbi or United States dollar. Standalone private label card and iCAN card are not eligible for the RewardCash Programme.
3. Your participation in the RewardCash Programme is governed by these Terms and Conditions and any other terms and conditions specified by us from time to time. If any dispute arises in relation to the RewardCash Programme, our decision or (if applicable) the relevant merchant’s decision is final. Such dispute may include (a) any dispute over your eligibility for participation, your entitlement to benefits, records of redemption or other activities or transactions, or (b) any dispute between you and any merchant participating in the RewardCash Programme. 4. Except as specified in Clause 5, you earn $1 RewardCash for:
(a) every HK$250 spent with your eligible card denominated in Hong Kong dollar;
(b) every US$30 spent with your USD Visa Gold Card; or
(c) every RMB250 spent with your UnionPay Dual Currency credit card Renminbi sub-account.
5. We have the right not to award or allow you to use RewardCash unless your credit card and card account are valid and in good standing. We also have the right to specify and vary from time to time the RewardCash earning rate and the types of spending that do not earn RewardCash. General Terms and Condition. Contractor: The general terms and conditions which follow apply to all purchases and become a part of all Contracts and Purchase Order issued by the Arlington Public Schools (APS), unless otherwise specified. Contractors, or their authorized representatives, are expected to fully inform themselves as to the conditions, requirements, and specifications. Failure to do so will be at the Contractor’s own risk and will not be a basis for relief. Subject to all State and local laws, policies, resolutions, regulations and all accepted rules, regulations and limitations imposed by legislation of the Federal Government, Contractors will be bound to applicable conditions and requirements herein set forth unless otherwise specified in the solicitation. Where there is a conflict between these General Conditions and the Procurement Resolution, the Procurement Resolution shall prevail. Where there is a conflict between the Special Provisions and these General Terms and Conditions, the Special Provisions shall prevail.
General Terms and Condition. (a) Termination- The client and JICS shall have the right to terminate this agreement at any time giving 30 days of written notice of such termination. The client shall, in case of termination, reimburse to JICS all the dues up to date of termination. JICS if it so wishes, shall also charge a termination fee to be negotiated at the time of termination and this is in addition to the dues that are payable to JICS. In no case such termination fee shall not exceed 15% of the value of the agreement. All reimbursable are payable at the end of said 30 days period.
(b) Confidentiality- JICS shall not disclose any information about the client or individual to a third party without the written consent of the client or the individual concerned. If JICS is required by law to release confidential information to a third party, the client or the individual concerned shall, unless regulated by law, be notified in advance of the information provided.
(c) Force majeure - Delay in or failure of performance of either party hereto shall not constitute a default hereunder or give rise to any claim for damage if and to the extent such delay or failure is caused by an act of war, natural disaster, fire, explosion, labor dispute or any other event beyond the control of the party affected and which, by the exercise of reasonable diligence, said party is unable to prevent. The party affected shall notify the other party in writing of the causes and expected duration immediately after the occurrence of any such event.
(d) Law & disputes -The agreement for certification between JICS and client shall be governed by prevailing law in India. Any dispute arising in connection with the agreement, which cannot be settled by private negotiations between the parties, shall be referred to arbitration as per the Indian Arbitration Act, subject to Delhi jurisdiction. The decision of the arbitration shall be binding for the both parties.
(e) Appeals: Client shall appeal to JICS in respect of the following,
I. Non acceptance of client’s application for certification
II. Granting, suspending, withdrawing or denying of certification JICS shall deal with the appeals according to its procedure and shall be responsible for all decisions at all levels of the appeal handling process. JICS shall acknowledge the receipt of the appeal and shall provide the client with progress reports and the outcome.
