General Upkeep Sample Clauses

The GENERAL UPKEEP clause sets out the responsibilities for maintaining the condition and cleanliness of a property or asset during the term of an agreement. Typically, it requires the party in possession—such as a tenant or lessee—to perform routine tasks like cleaning, minor repairs, and general maintenance to prevent deterioration. This clause ensures that the property remains in good order, protecting its value and minimizing disputes over wear and tear at the end of the contract.
