Generating Facilities Sample Clauses
The "Generating Facilities" clause defines the specific equipment, infrastructure, or systems used to produce electricity or other forms of energy under an agreement. It typically outlines the location, capacity, ownership, and operational standards of the facilities involved, and may specify requirements for maintenance, upgrades, or compliance with regulatory standards. By clearly identifying and setting expectations for the generating assets, this clause ensures both parties understand the source and reliability of energy supply, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential disputes regarding performance or delivery obligations.
