Geographic Boundaries Sample Clauses
The Geographic Boundaries clause defines the specific physical or territorial area within which the rights, obligations, or activities outlined in the agreement are valid or enforceable. In practice, this clause may specify a country, region, or set of locations where a party is permitted to operate, distribute products, or provide services under the contract. By clearly delineating the applicable area, the clause helps prevent disputes over jurisdiction and ensures that both parties understand the spatial limits of their contractual commitments.
