STATEMENT OF ASSURANCES Grantee hereby assures OSHE that: A. The activities and services to be performed under the Grant Agreement will be administered by or under the supervision of the Grantee. B. Any funds received under the Grant Agreement shall not be used to supplant funds normally budgeted for programs or services of the same type. C. The project shall be operated in compliance with all applicable New Jersey State Laws and EOF. D. Grantee will submit project reports as specified in the Grant Agreement, including information relating to the achievement of project objectives. Grantee will keep project records and afford access thereto as OSHE may find necessary to assure correctness and verification of the reports. E. This Section shall survive termination of this Agreement.
Deadlines for Providing Insurance Documents after Renewal or Upon Request As set forth herein, certain insurance documents must be provided to the OGS Procurement Services contact identified in the Contract Award Notice after renewal or upon request. This requirement means that the Contractor shall provide the applicable insurance document to OGS as soon as possible but in no event later than the following time periods:
Lodgement of Assessment Instrument (a) All assessment instruments under the conditions of this clause, including the appropriate percentage of the Australian Pay and Classification Scale to be paid to the employee, will be lodged by the Employer with the Registrar of the Australian Industrial Relations Commission. (b) All assessment instruments will be agreed and signed by the parties to the assessment.

Notification of Assignment of Receivables At any time following the occurrence of an Event of Default or a Default, Agent shall have the right to send notice of the assignment of, and Agent's security interest in, the Receivables to any and all Customers or any third party holding or otherwise concerned with any of the Collateral. Thereafter, Agent shall have the sole right to collect the Receivables, take possession of the Collateral, or both. Agent's actual collection expenses, including, but not limited to, stationery and postage, telephone and telegraph, secretarial and clerical expenses and the salaries of any collection personnel used for collection, may be charged to Borrowers' Account and added to the Obligations.
