Common use of Goals and Timetables Clause in Contracts

Goals and Timetables. For each job group in which under-utilization of minorities or women is found, the contracting entity must set up a system of goals and timetables for correcting the deficiencies. Separate goals for minorities and women must be established, but a single goal for minorities is acceptable unless it is determined that one (1) minority is underutilized in a substantially disparate manner.
