Government Performance and Results Sample Clauses

The Government Performance and Results clause establishes requirements for contractors or agencies to measure and report on their performance in relation to government-set objectives and outcomes. Typically, this clause mandates the use of specific metrics, regular progress reporting, and alignment with broader governmental performance goals, such as efficiency or effectiveness in delivering services. Its core function is to ensure accountability and transparency, enabling the government to assess whether contracted activities are meeting intended results and to make informed decisions about future actions or funding.
Government Performance and Results. Act (GPRA) Under the Government Performance and Results Act of 1993 (5 U.S.C. 306, 31 U.S.C. 1114- 1119, “GPRA”) the NSF is required to report on the Federal Performance Goals for Facilities. Therefore, the Awardee will be required, to submit reports related to the GPRA performance goals to the cognizant NSF Program Officer.
