Governmental Requests. 9 In the event of instructions from the Federal Government to alter or change the 10 working schedule prescribed by the Agreement, upon fifteen (15) calendar days 11 written notice to the IAM&AW from the Company, the Company and the Union shall 12 reopen negotiations to amend such sections of the Agreement as pertain to hours of 13 work and/or overtime payments for the sole purpose of considering objectives desired 14 by the Government.
