Governmental Rules. Any law, rule, regulation, ordinance, order, code, interpretation, judgment, decree, policy, decision or guideline of any governmental agency, court or authority.

Governmental Rules. Subject to the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents, Design-Builder shall comply and shall cause all Subcontractors, employees, agents and representatives to comply with all applicable Governmental Rules in connection with the performance of Design-Builder’s obligations under the Contract Documents. Design-Builder agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold Owner harmless from and against all fines, penalties, related costs and expenses attributable to any failure of Design-Builder or any Subcontractors, employees, agents or representatives, to comply with such Governmental Rules in connection with the performance of Design-Builder’s obligations under the Contract Documents and to take all reasonable actions to enforce compliance with this provision.

Governmental Rules. Tenant shall throughout the term of this Lease, at its sole expense, promptly comply with all laws, ordinances, rules, directives and regulations of all federal, state and municipal governments and appropriate departments, commissions, boards and offices thereof, and the orders and regulations of the National Board of Fire Underwriters, or any other body now or hereafter exercising similar functions, which may be applicable to the Premises, Tenant, or the use thereto by Tenant.
