Grade Sheets. Report Cards - At the end of each grading period, grade sheets for all classes regardless of scheduling shall be due no earlier than the end of the third (3rd) working day after the last day of the official grading period. Teachers shall have at least one (1) full day to review grades and make corrections. Schools that send report cards home with students at the end of the school year shall end the grading period three days before the last day of student attendance. If post school is three (3) days or fewer, grade sheets shall be due by the end of the workday before the last day of post-school and edit sheets shall be due by noon of the last day of post-school.
