Common use of GRADING PLAN Clause in Contracts

GRADING PLAN. i. Grading for the Project shall be in conformity with a grading plan approved by the Village Engineer. ii. Upon completion of grading, the Developer shall submit to the Village Engineer a record drawing identifying the grades as established by the Developer. The Developer shall provide the Village with the general contractor's certification that the grades on the record drawing are in conformance with the final approved grading plan. iii. The Developer shall obtain an erosion control permit pursuant to the Village’s Code of Ordinances prior to grading, excavating, or other land disturbing activities.
