GRAND OPENING PROGRAM. You agree to spend the amount set forth in Exhibit 1 on a grand opening advertising and promotional program for the Franchise, and use any particular media and advertising agencies we may designate in connection with such program. We agree to furnish you such advice and guidance we deem appropriate with respect to your grand opening advertising and promotional program, and reserve the right to require that you allow us to conduct grand opening marketing and advertising on your behalf. In such event, you agree to reimburse us for all costs incurred by us in preparing and implementing the grand opening advertising and promotional program.
GRAND OPENING PROGRAM. You'll conduct a grand opening advertising and promotional program, meeting our specifications, for your Rubio's Store and will, within 28 days after its opening, spend no less than $3,500 on such advertising and promotion during that time. Such advertising and promotional program will only utilize marketing, advertising and public relations programs, formats, media and materials consented to by us. We'll furnish advice and guidance to you with respect to your grand opening advertising and promotional program. The monies you spend for grand opening advertising are in addition to the monies you are required to spend for local store marketing pursuant to Section 6.2.
GRAND OPENING PROGRAM. The FRANCHISEE agrees to spend between One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) and Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000.00) to conduct grand opening advertising and promotions, such advertising and promotions (which must be approved in advance in writing by the FRANCHISOR) to occur within the four (4) month period following the opening of the STORE for business.
GRAND OPENING PROGRAM. LICENSE OWNER agrees to conduct a grand opening advertising and promotional program for the Store during the period commencing thirty (30) days prior to, and ending ninety (90) days after, the opening of the Store and to expend no less than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) on such advertising and promotion during such period. Such advertising and promotional program shall: (1) be in addition to advertising and promotion conducted pursuant to Section 13 of this Agreement; and (2) utilize marketing and public relations programs and media and advertising materials approved by COMPANY; and (3) be conducted in accordance with COMPANY's specifications and standards and pursuant to a grand opening plan which LICENSE OWNER shall prepare and submit to COMPANY for approval at least forty-five (45) days prior to the opening date of the Store. If LICENSE OWNER does not prepare a grand opening program and obtain COMPANY's approval of such plan, COMPANY may prepare the grand opening plan for the Store. COMPANY may, in its discretion, reduce the amount of required spending for the grand opening program, reduce the time period during which the grand opening program shall be conducted, and/or direct that a portion of such funds be re-directed to a Local Ad Fund established pursuant to Section 13.B of this Agreement; provided that (a) COMPANY reasonably determines that the Marketing Area in which the Store is opened has been sufficiently covered by the opening of other UNITS, and (b) COMPANY is acting comparably with respect to its own UNITS in similar situations.

GRAND OPENING PROGRAM. FRANCHISEE shall conduct a grand opening advertising and promotional program for the STORE on a date no later than sixty (60) days following opening of the STORE. FRANCHISEE shall expend for the grand opening program an amount determined by the COMPANY, but not to exceed One Thousand Dollars ($1,000). The grand opening program shall conform to the COMPANY's requirements and shall utilize the media and advertising formats designated by the COMPANY.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "D", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Synchronization, Commissioning and Commercial Operation 5.1.1 The SPG shall give PGVCL at least thirty (30) days’ advanced preliminary written notice and at least fifteen (15) days’ advanced final written notice, of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Solar Power Project to the Grid System. 5.1.2 Subject to Article 5.1.1, the Power Project may be synchronized by the SPG to the Grid System when it meets all the connection conditions prescribed in applicable Grid Code then in effect and otherwise meets all other Indian legal requirements for synchronization to the Grid System. 5.1.3 The synchronization equipment and all necessary arrangements / equipment including RTU for scheduling of power generated from the Project and transmission of data to the concerned authority as per applicable regulation shall be installed by the SPG at its generation facility of the Power Project at its own cost. The SPG shall synchronize its system with the Grid System only after the approval of synchronization scheme is granted by the head of the concerned substation/ and checking/verification is made by the concerned authorities of the PGVCL. 5.1.4 The SPG shall immediately after each synchronization/tripping of generator, inform the sub-station of the Grid System to which the Power Project is electrically connected in accordance with applicable Grid Code. In addition, the SPG will inject in-firm power to grid from time to time to carry out operational/ functional test prior to commercial operation. For avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that Synchronization / Connectivity of the Project with the grid shall not to be considered as Commissioning of the Project. 5.1.5 The SPG shall commission the Project within nine (9) Months from the Date of execution of this PPA. Declaration of COD shall be certified by the commissioning committee. 5.1.6 The Parties agree that for the purpose of commencement of the supply of electricity by SPG to PGVCL, liquidated damages for delay etc., the Scheduled Commissioning Date as defined in this Agreement shall be the relevant date.
