Advice and Guidance Sample Clauses
The 'Advice and Guidance' clause defines the parameters under which one party may provide recommendations, opinions, or informational support to the other party within the context of the agreement. Typically, this clause clarifies that any advice or guidance offered is not legally binding and does not constitute a formal obligation or warranty. For example, a service provider might share best practices or suggestions for process improvements, but the client is not required to follow them, nor can they hold the provider liable for outcomes resulting from such advice. The core function of this clause is to set expectations regarding the nature and limitations of informal support, thereby reducing the risk of misunderstandings or liability arising from non-binding recommendations.

SHE will undertake new fire risk assessments with local input when yours is due (recommended every 3 years).
