Grant Administrator. CB17.1 If the Commonwealth issues a notice under clause 2.2 the Commonwealth may appoint an administrator to oversee the performance of the Activity and the management of the Grant (Grant Administrator).

Grant Administrator. Dakota County Soil and Water Conservation District will act as the Day to Day Contact for the purposes of this Agreement and agrees to provide the following services:
a. Accept all day-to-day responsibilities associated with the implementation of the BWSR grant agreement for developing a watershed-based plan, including being the primary BWSR contact for the One Watershed, One Plan Grant Agreement and being responsible for BWSR reporting requirements associated with the grant agreement.
b. Provide the Policy Committee with the records necessary to describe the planning condition of the BWSR grant agreement.
c. Provide for proper public notice of all meetings and retaining records consistent with the Grant Administrator’s record retention schedule.
d. Ensure that minutes of all Policy Committee meetings are recorded and made available in a timely manner to the Policy Committee, and maintain a file of all approved minutes including corrections and changes.

Grant Administrator.
CB 17.1 If the Commonwealth issues a notice under clause 2.2 of Schedule 1 the Commonwealth may appoint an administrator to oversee the performance of the Activity and the management of the Grant (Grant Administrator).
CB 17.2 The Commonwealth can appoint a Grant Administrator for any period and on any terms and conditions that the Commonwealth considers appropriate.
CB 17.3 The Commonwealth will give the Grantee notice of the appointment of a Grant Administrator that specifies:
(a) the proposed period of the appointment;
(b) the roles and responsibilities of the Grant Administrator; and
(c) a summary of reasons why the Commonwealth has made the appointment, if the Commonwealth considers that providing such a summary is practicable and appropriate.
CB 17.4 The Commonwealth may appoint more than one Grant Administrator at the same time. CB

B. The Grant Administrator shall be responsible for, among other responsibilities, the following:
1. Interpreting the provision of the Grant Agreement, where such interpretation is not of a legal nature; and
2. Assisting the Grantee in the resolution of technical problems encountered during the performance of the obligations of the Grant Agreement.

Grant Administrator. 12.1 The Funding Recipient acknowledges that, in relation to the Grant, the Commonwealth may appoint an administrator to oversee the performance of activities in relation to the Grant and the management of the Grant (Grant Administrator).
12.2 Where the Commonwealth has appointed a Grant Administrator, to the extent the appointment relates to the Project, the Funding Recipient agrees to:
(a) consider, in a timely manner and in good faith, all advice given to the Funding Recipient by a Grant Administrator;
(b) co-operate actively, fully and in good faith with, and provide all assistance, material and facilities reasonably required by a Grant Administrator; and
(c) comply with all directions given by a Grant Administrator relating to the Project.
Grant Administrator. A person designated by the Department who is responsible for the administrative aspect of the grant agreement. The Administrator, along with the Grant Manager, will review, approve, facilitate payment, and track funds expended per line item.
