The Retaining Records clause requires parties to maintain and preserve certain documents or records for a specified period. Typically, this applies to records related to the agreement, such as financial statements, correspondence, or compliance documents, and may specify the format and duration for which these records must be kept. Retaining Records. We may retain records related to your account in any form including (but not limited to) paper, film, and electronic medium. If we are not able to produce the original or a copy of any document relating to your account or service, our records (in whatever form we retain such records) will be deemed conclusive. Liquidated Damages If the County issues a notice of intent to awards contract to the apparent low bidder/offeror who provided a responsive MBE/WBE Plan, but, if after said notice and before execution of Contract Documents, it is determined by the County that the apparent low bidder/offeror has failed to comply with the MBE/WBE Plan, such failure may result in the recommendation by the appropriate Procurement Official to annul the award and forfeit the bidder/offeror’s Proposal Guaranty to the County, not as a penalty, but as liquidated damages, it being acknowledged that actual damages will be difficult if not impossible to accurately measure. In addition, the County may proceed as it determines to be in its best interest, including but not limited to, the Notice of Award may be made to the next lowest responsive and responsible bidder/offeror or the work may be re-advertised. Retaining Records. The Dealer will retain all information, including Warranty, inventory, and other sales and service records related to the business covered by this Agreement, for a period of at least 5 years following the end of the calendar year in which the record was generated.   • Training Records A. Employees may request a copy of their training record. The Employer will provide either a hard copy or electronic access to their training record. If an employee provides documentation to the Employer of work-related training it will be recorded in the training record or the employee personnel file. B. At the time of permanent layoff employees will be provided an opportunity to submit documentation of successfully completed training to be considered.

  • Accounting Records Maintain adequate books and records in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles consistently applied, and permit any representative of Bank, at any reasonable time, to inspect, audit and examine such books and records, to make copies of the same, and to inspect the properties of Borrower.
