Common use of Granting of Leaves Clause in Contracts

Granting of Leaves. 8 The authority to grant leaves of absence rests with the Superintendent, with the approval of the 9 Board. Upon expiration of the leave, the individual will be offered the same job if available or, if 10 unavailable, a similar position.
