Grievance Handling. In order to most effectively address grievances, Step 1 grievances shall be reported to the Fire Chief. In the absence of the Fire Chief, the Step 1 grievance shall be reported to the Assistant Military Fire Chief designated to cover for the Fire Chief. Step 2 grievances shall be filed to the Base Fire ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. Step 2aii grievances are filed to the Commissioner.
