GRIEVANCES REGARDING SELECTION OF APPLICANTS. If, through a settlement of a grievance (including arbitration), the promotion of an employee to fill a vacancy or the demotion of an employee is reversed, such employee and any employees filling any vacancies created by such promotion or demotion shall revert to their former occupational classification.
