Ground Handling. With respect to the Scheduled Flights and Charter Flights, Delta shall be responsible for all Ground Handling Functions at all Service Cities. Delta at its option may: (i) perform all Ground Handling Functions directly, (ii) contract with Pinnacle pursuant to the Airport Services Master Agreement between Pinnacle as Handling Company and Delta dated as of December 2, 2008, as amended from time to time or (iii) sub-contract performance of the Ground Handling Functions to an Affiliate of Delta or a third party vendor, or a combination of any of the foregoing.
