Group 1. The license to use the Group 1 Trademarks is exclusive to AG.C▇▇ ▇▇ the AG.C▇▇ ▇▇▇iness and non exclusive for all other uses except that (i) no license is granted for use in the AG Business and (ii) AG retains a non-exclusive right within the AG.C▇▇ ▇▇▇iness (A) to associate a Group 3 Trademark with a Group 1 Trademark (for example, to identify a product sold through Electronic Media as "Designware, an American Greetings company") and (B) for business to business commerce with prospective or existing non-consumer customers.

Group 1. All student contact days, plus: a) The ten (10) days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) immediately preceding the first student day; and b) EITHER the five (5) days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) immediately after the last student day, OR the four (4) days immediately after the last student day plus one (1) teacher work day during the school year (the configuration shall be at the discretion of the site administrators). The site administrator will make a tentative determination by October 1st whether work will be required on teacher work days. Thereafter, he/she will consult with the affected staff regarding schedule conflicts and advise unit members of their assignment(s) by October 15th (assignments may be changed after October15th due to unforeseen circumstances). c) At the discretion of a unit member who accrues less than eleven (11) days of vacation, he/she may also schedule the birthday holiday during the winter/spring recesses.

Group 1. Customers of ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Ford Mercury, Inc. who purchased between October 1, 2005, and September 30, 2008. This group is estimated to include approximately 1,105 members. The Face Value of the Gift Cards for this subclass shall be forty percent (40%) of the amount paid of the Fee paid by the Class Member, usable for the purchase of any goods or services available from the issuing Defendant. Accordingly, the Face Value of the Gift Cards shall be as follows with regard to class members within Group 1:

Group 1. Individuals who do not participate in the commuted overtime remuneration system but perform clinical, patient related work in excess of 40 hours per week which is less than 5 hours overtime per week may submit claims for overtime remuneration in terms of the measures and criteria contained in Resolution 3 of 1999 as well as the Provincial Government: Gauteng Department of Health (PGWC) Collective Agreement P6 of 2002. (Copies of the aforementioned documentation can be obtained from staff offices). The standard overtime application form and time sheets must be completed on a monthly basis and forwarded to the head of institution via the clinical head of department or supervisor of the individual.
