GROUP B. Tractors; Farm-Type Tractors with Attachments; Central Compressor Plants Elevators used for hoisting building material; Central Mixing Plants; Hoist; Pump Crete Machines; Concrete Pumps; Trenching Machines; Backfiller (other than cranes); Crushing Plant Operators; Elevating Graders; Paving Machine Operators (Blacktop); Fork-lift; Paving Machines (concrete); Boat Operator or Engineer (30 tons or over); Tracmobile; Maintainers; Blacktop Rollers; Switchman; Locomotive (under 20 tons).
GROUP B. This clause applies to site work employees, i.e. employees who by reason of their employment are normally required to live away from their usual place of residence.
(i) The employer shall provide the employee with transport conforming to applicable road ordinance requirements, at the employer‘s expense, or if the employer does not provide transport to reimburse the employee for traveling expenses as mutually agreed between the employer and employee under the following circumstances:
GROUP B. An applicant for employment who has two (2) years or more experience as a Construction laborer and who has held residence for the past year within the geographic area constituting the normal construction labor market.

All applicants for employment who have worked as building and construction laborers for the past three (3) years, and have been employed for a period of at least six (6) months within the past three (3) years by Employers (parties to collective bargaining agreements with the Union not containing discriminatory referral provisions).

All applicants for employment who have worked at the trade as Journeymen or apprentices in work of the type covered by the District Council of Ironworkers of the State of California and Vicinity for the past four (4) years; provided, however, if such applicants request registration in this Group with the designation of a particular classification or classifications and specialty or specialties, they shall have worked at least nine (9) months within the four (4) years immediately preceding such registration in such classification or classifications and specialty or specialties.
GROUP B. Employees hired on or after July 1, 1991 in a regular status position are eligible with fifteen (15) years of creditable service upon reaching age fifty-eight (58) through sixty-five (65).
13.19.1. 2.1 Employee eligible under 13.19.1.2 may select an "Early Out" option with a reduced benefit. • Age 55 - 70% of the current district contribution at the date of retirement • Age 56 - 80% of the current district contribution at the date of retirement • Age 57 - 90% of the current district contribution at the date of retirement
GROUP B. Laborers who have been employed by an Employer or Employers party to any Oregon Construction Agreement as hereinafter defined, who have worked for any such Employer or Employers for an aggregate time of more than (750) hours during the period of Eight (8) years immediately preceding registration date or Laborers who are graduates of the Training School. Each applicant for employment shall be required to furnish such data, records, names of employers and length of employment and licenses as may be deemed necessary and each applicant shall complete such forms or registration as may be submitted to him. Applicants for employment shall also list any special skills they may possess.
GROUP B. Employees remaining employed at the Sobeys Whitby Retail Support Center after the cessation of the grocery operations. To be eligible for the ‘transition bonus’ set out below employees must: Be an employee of the Sobeys Whitby Retail Support Center on the date of ratification Must not be terminated with cause between the ratification date and termination date Must not resign between the ratification date and the termination date; Must not be laid-off due to minutes of settlement between the ratification date and termination date. The employee is expected to maintain a reasonable level of performance. defined below Be an employee of the Sobeys Whitby Retail Support Center on the date of ratification Must not be terminated with cause between the ratification date and date of cessation of grocery operations; Must not resign between the ratification date and the date of cessation of grocery operations; Must not be laid-off due to minutes of settlement between the ratification date and date of cessation of grocery operations. The employee is expected to maintain a reasonable level of performance. defined Reasonable Level of Performance Employees are to maintain or exceed key performance indicators as of the week of the announcement of the new Retail Support Centre. In the event that the key performance indicators are not maintained, the Company reserves the right to withdraw the transition bonus. The Company shall not unreasonable exercise this right.
GROUP B. The regular hours of work for employees listed in this group shall be eight (8) hours per day and forty (40) hours per week for thirty-one (31) consecutive weeks of the year (during “peak season”) and seven (7) hours per day and thirty-five (35) hours per week for twenty-one (21) weeks of the year (during “off season”) with the exceptions as provided for in Letter of Understanding #5-Extra Hours of Work. The “Normal Peak Season” is from April 1 to October 31, with the exception of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ where the “Normal Peak Season” is from May 1 to November 30. The Employer will maintain its current practice regarding lunch periods for employees in this group.
