Asphalt Plant Operators; ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Green Type Loaders; Engine Tender other than ▇▇▇▇▇; Mixers (over 2 bags not to include Central Plants); Pumps (2 or more); Rollers; Sub-Grader Machine; Tractors; Farm-Type Tractors without attachments; Cable Head Tower Engineman; Dredge Booster Pump Operator; Boat Operator or Engineer (under 30 tons); Finishing Machine; Fireman and Oiler combination; Motor Crane Oiler and Driver; Welding Machines (2 or more); Heaters (stationary or portable); Compressors (portable - 2 or more); or Fuel Trucks.
GROUP C. An applicant for employment who has one (1) year or more experience as a Construction laborer and is available for full-time or seasonal employment.
GROUP C. The provisions of clause 17(A) shall not apply in respect of the following categories of employees:
GROUP C. All applicants for employment who have worked as building and construction laborers for the past two (2) years or more and who have for the past year or more held residence within the geographic area constituting the normal construction labor market.

All applicants for employment who have worked at the trade as Journeymen or apprentices in work of the type covered by the District Council of Ironworkers of the State of California and Vicinity for the past two (2) years or more and who have, for the past year, actually resided within the geographic area covered by this the District Council of Ironworkers of the State of California and Vicinity.
GROUP C. Employee hired on or after July 1, 2001 are eligible for district paid retiree health benefits at age 60 with at least 18 years of district service and at least 22 years of total creditable service.

Additionally, by mutual consent of the employer and the representative of the local Union concerned, having notification in a pre-job meeting the employer shall have the right to select, up to a maximum of five (5)
GROUP C. Effective January 1, 2003 Group C shall consist of: All Laborers who have previously qualified for Group C list status under the terms of this Agreement Laborers who have worked at least two hundred (200) hours under the terms of an agreement with this District Council.
