The 'Group Programs' clause defines the terms under which multiple related entities, such as subsidiaries or affiliates, can participate collectively in a program or agreement. Typically, this clause outlines eligibility criteria for group participation, the responsibilities of each group member, and how benefits or obligations are shared among them. For example, it may specify that all companies within a corporate group can access certain services under a single contract. The core function of this clause is to streamline administration and ensure consistent treatment for all group members, reducing complexity and potential disputes over individual participation.
Group Programs. The Association shall be allowed the use of seven (7) payroll deductions for any group program(s) in addition to a dues deduction.

The listed paramedical practitioners are restored and leveled to a maximum of seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750.00) per year, per insured person, for each category of practitioner.
(a) Extended health care plan – one hundred percent (100%) of the monthly premium. Vision care benefits, including eye examinations, will be seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750.00) per twenty-four (24) month period per employee and five hundred dollars ($500.00) per twenty-four (24) month period per family member. Vision care benefit entitlements may be banked to a maximum amount of three thousand dollars ($3,000.00) to fund laser eye surgery.
(b) Medical Services Plan – one hundred percent (100%) of the monthly premium.
(c) Dental care benefits plan (one hundred percent [100%] of coverage of basic dental services and one hundred percent [100%] of the major dental services) - one hundred percent (100%) of monthly premium. Orthodontic coverage shall be provided to employees and dependents at fifty percent (50%) coverage to a lifetime maximum of three thousand five hundred dollars ($3,500.00) per employee or dependent. Hearing Aid coverage shall be provided to employees to a maximum of eight hundred dollars ($800.00) every five calendar (5) years. Orthotics coverage shall be provided to employees to a maximum of five hundred dollars ($500.00) per calendar year.

You are committing to confidentiality about information shared in the group. You are also committing to confidentiality on any information shared in the private Facebook group. The Trust shall be authorized to contract with any qualified organization to perform any of the functions necessary for the carrying out of a self-insured pool arrangement, including excess loss insurance, handling of claims, safety engineering services, administrative services and any and all other services that the Trustees shall deem expedient for the proper servicing of those members who use the services of the Trust.
